ProLine Trekbank

De ProLine trekbank met 2 kolommen is speciaal ontworpen voor het functie-testen van componenten en voor routine materiaalbeproeving.

• Alleen verkrijgbaar bij Zwick Roell: de nieuwe hoogpreciese Xforce meetcellen, deze worden gebruikt voor al onze lastramen. Hun axiaal/rotatief symmetrisch design verzekert een hoge ongevoeligheid voor dwarskrachten.
• The data acquisition rate of testControl measurement and control electronics is 320 kHz.
• The intelligent sensor system automatically recognizes all sensors and reads their settings.
• ProLine is available with test speeds from 0.0005 to 1000 mm/min, depending on model; testing machine speed is independent of test load. The type of control can be set to position, force or strain as required.
• ProLine is available for test loads up to 100 kN and with test area heights from 1050 mm to 1370 mm.
• ProLine can be used with standard PCs or laptops and requires no special add-on card. The Stand-Alone option allows ProLine to be operated without a PC.
• All testXpert^® and testXpert^® II test programs can be used for ProLine.
